Suspicious Person
We are getting reports of someone who is approaching people for money, ie £10.
He is described as "A tall white man aged approximately mid 60's pretending to be mute and deaf with a card begging for £10.00 money" and "Mid 60ties, 'Grandad cap', dark clothing, white beard or stubble".
He is decribed as being quite demanding, over-friendly, and kissed one person's hand when they wouldn't give £10 for his art work, which they found upsetting.
