Urgent Request and December's Report
Important
There is a red Peugeot car-derived van V763 DLY that is wanted for 2 accounts of theft in the area, that has been seen twice in suspicious circumstances, (Wickham Bishops and Rivenhall).
The police need to arrest the driver for the 2 thefts (quote incidents 629 of 16th Nov '06, and 428 of 16th Nov '06.)

24 - 25/12 - Wing mirror damaged from red Astra parked in Foster Rd, between the times of 1930 hrs on the 24th and 0830 hrs on 25th Dec.
15/12 - Teenage male seen trying to steal Christmas decorations from front garden of property, Maldon Rd, 2145 hrs.
08/12 - Red Ford Mondeo abandoned in ditch and set alight, Great Totham Road, 1210 hrs.
03/12 - Shed burglary, Beckingham Road. Printer and photocopier stolen from insecure building used as an office, between 1700 hrs and midnight on 03/12.30/11
Suspicious male seen knocking on doors, pretending to be deaf and mute, and asking for £10. At one property he was quite forceful by refusing to let the informant close the door until they had given him money. Male was approximately 60 years old, wearing dark clothes, a cap and had a white stubble beard. Similar reports from Hall Road, School Road and Colchester Road.

31/12 - 0300 hrs - Front window smashed of property, Church Road. A car was heard driving away from the scene.
25-26/11 - Criminal damage caused to 2 garage windows, Church Road, between 1800 hrs on 25th and 1100 hrs on 26th.
24-25/11 - Criminal damage caused to wing mirror and passenger door of car, Church Green, between 1740 hrs on 24th and 1820 hrs on 25th.
21/11 - Dwelling burglary, Wellends, between 0930 hrs and 1630 hrs. No evidence of damage to property.
14/11 - Suspicious male in red V763 *** registration car-derived Peugeot van seen driving around back of property, and looking into property, Church Rd, 1300 hrs. When questioned the driver said that he was 'collecting rubbish'. Police records show the driver of the van wanted for 2 accounts of theft in the past 2 weeks.
12/11 - 2125 hrs, 2 local females stole alcopops from The One Stop Store. One arrested
07/11 - 1135 hrs - Insecure Silver Ford Galaxy stolen from outside address,
05/11 - Front and rear index plates stolen from car, overnight at Beacon Hill Garage.

10/11 - 1620 hrs, 4 males were knocking on doors, trying to sell windows. No identification, scruffy appearance but all in order when spoken to by police.

22-26/11 - Garden strimmer stolen from All Saints Church shed, by damaging padlock on shed.
