New Start

Having got completely confused over adding new post to the NHW blog, I decided to cut my losses and start again. So first blog is now Heather's report for May

Heather’s Report

Monthly Report for the 5 Parishes - May
Police Community Support Officer Heather Owen

Maldon Police Station 01621 852255

Tolleshunt D'Arcy Station 01621 868576

Point of Contact Mobile 07710 046156

The change to Neighbourhood Policing Teams is finally here, and myself, Sergeant Lee Parish, PC Eddy Edwards, PC Andrew Bagley and PC Tony England find ourselves working out of Tolleshunt D'Arcy Police post. Therefore some of the contact numbers have changed. If you want to speak to a police officer, but the enquiry is not an emergency, then there is a new 'point of contact' i.e. a mobile number that the PC on duty carries on them, so that you can quickly access advice/ enquiries/ information from us. There is also a new office number with answer phone for more general enquiries, if you do not need to speak to an officer immediately. In due course, each local beat officer will go to their respective Parish Council Meetings, and I am in the process of introducing them to Neighbourhood Watch coordinators, local businesses and the schools in the area.
